In order to enhance the customer service level of CNHidee LED lighting and improve the internal management processes, recently Borsche(CNHidee LED) dedicated to make a customer satisfaction survey.
This survey mainly focused on the following 5 aspects:
3.The LED product structure and performance.
4.The process and capacity to deal with complaint.
5.Sales’ service level.
According to the corresponding sections for these items, the customers can give a score of 10 – 100. And they can give their corresponding recommendations in the comments section.
Through this survey, more than 90% of the customers gave us a relatively pertinent answer. Most customers spoke highly of our products and after-sales service. At the same time we also got some very good suggestions.
Now we are optimizing the ISO related process, and each department’s division of labor cooperation will further be refined. These are intended not only provide high quality products, but also to provide customer satisfaction services.
After Chinese New Year holiday, we have received large quantities of LED panel light, LED downlight product orders. In order to be able to achieve timely and efficient delivery to all our customers, our employees are working overtime to meet all these demands.
