Please check if the LED tube Light is fixed with electronic ballast or not.
Remove the electronic ballast before using LED tube light
Reactive ballast is OK with LED tube.
LED tube light can only be used with reactive ballast (magnetic ballast).
Besides that, starter also must be removed.
